Sri Madhvacharya, in his tatvasaMkhyAna

Unfamiliar with the transliteration?

Dasharatha-krutha Shani Stothra

I found a rare stothra composed by no less than the father of Lord Raama, Dasharatha, as given in Brahmaanda Puraana, translated by Dr Robert E Svoboda (who lived in India for a while learning Aurveda).

Here it is (to be recited by everyone in the morning, as really, the author (Svoboda) says, the Lord of Astrology IS Shani, not any other planet.

Shani Dasanaama Stotra (if you really cannot for any reason chant the full version below, say this single shloka)

Konastha pingalobabhruh
Krishnoroudraantakoyamah
Souri, shanaischaro mandah
Pippaladishu sansthitah
